Focus and concentration are very crucial for achieving success. Following a healthy morning routine helps to stay focused throughout the day.
If we look deep into our mundane everyone's juggling with their day-to-day life. While we work on any particular thing we do a lot of other things in between like attending calls from home, work related calls, calls from friends, colleagues, open group chats, check every notification that keeps popping up etc. and because of these things we aren't really focused towards what we are doing. We often get distracted by plenty of things and our concentration is being scattered in multiple directions and we might end up making plenty of errors in our work. These factors are solely responsible for less productivity.
Being totally focused helps you in minutely observing the detail and absorb from it.

Transformation isn't easy. A tadpole has to undergo the phase of metamorphosis to become an adult frog. Change might seem a bit difficult in the beginning but once you continue to do it, eventually it will become your habit.
