If we look deep into our mundane everyone's juggling with their day-to-day life. While we work on any particular thing we do a lot of other things in between like attending calls from home, work related calls, calls from friends, colleagues, open group chats, check every notification that keeps popping up etc. and because of these things we aren't really focused towards what we are doing. We often get distracted by plenty of things and our concentration is being scattered in multiple directions and we might end up making plenty of errors in our work. These factors are solely responsible for less productivity.

Being totally focused helps you in minutely observing the detail and absorb from it.

Getting distracted is a very common problem that most of us face. Staying focused is a little difficult.

GIVE YOUR LIFE A PURPOSE.....!!

 





A person without purpose in life is like a rusted machine.


It runs for a while but eventually stops. Lubrication is all it needs for it to function smoothly. In the same way living a life aimlessly without having a purpose is meaningless.


You’re working 8 hours a day or more perhaps! Do you really know what’s your purpose is it just to end up each day and repeat the mundane every day.


Are you working towards what you really want? Is your each day being counted, Are you going one step ahead to achieve what you really want? Or are you standing at the same place from where you started?


A pen means more than just simply rotating it between your fingers. You can draw, make flow carts, jot down your ideas, write a journal, article, poetry etc. In the same way the camera which you own is it really to keep it in our cupboard like your branded clothes. Capture the beautiful world around you and share your talent.


You have your wings and yet you deny to fly. Work so hard until you use that pen to put an autograph.


When you have a purpose, there is a boost in your confidence. You know the direction in which you need to sail to achieve the maximum productivity and it also guide you in taking life decisions.


The fact is 95% of the people really don’t have any clue what they have to do in life. After completing school, college, and even after being paid for the job people certainly don’t have any clue what’s their purpose in life.


We all are born with a higher purpose. Discovering what you are passionate about and identifying that one thing that really makes you feel happy and you do it in an effortless flow without being bothered about the time or the hour of the day takes you closer to your purpose.


Life can’t be pleasurable and wonderful all the time, you may also face some rough patches. You must be ready to overcome it all. There is no fixed point, life and time keeps changing so as we.


For example- If you are in a teaching profession and if you don’t have patience, than you are not in the right place.


If you are in a writing profession and you can’t handle rejection, then I’m sorry.


If you are a businessman/woman and you can’t handle losses or failures then I’m sorry, I have a bad news for you.

 

So pick what defines you well, dig deeper and find your true purpose.  The three most important thing that will help you in finding your true purpose are (1) Passion (2) Confidence (3) Curiosity.

 

While going to bed every night ask yourself a few questions till you get your answers.

  •  What am I good at?


  •  What is that thing I do in an effortless flow happily without being forced?

 

  • Is this the life I really wanted?

 

  • Am I helpful to people, can I be the one to bring a change in people’s lives?


  •  I’m on this planet for a higher purpose. Is my intuitions showing me the right path?


Learn what you are passionate about. Your eagerness and willingness to find more about it ignites your curiosity simultaneously you achieve incredible things which gives you a thrust and takes you one step closer to your purpose.

None can tell you, what’s your life’s purpose? It lies within you.

Controlling Your Tongue..........!!

 




Your tongue is the most dangerous weapon, one must be very cautious what he/she utters.


It doesn’t have any bones yet it can break hearts of many and split relations. The words once spoken cannot be taken back, like an arrow released from the bow.


When we have an accident or when we fall, we may get hurt right? The wounds caused by an accident are temporary, when it’s fresh we may feel the pain but then gradually it fades away but the injury caused to our heart by the words never fades away. The pain keeps popping up every time we think about it. It doesn’t repair easily.


No matter how strong or long your relationship is, a wrong word or a wrong way to express it can take it down. Psychological pain are lasting than the physical pain so we must always speak softly and gently as there is no antidote for the words that injure someone’s heart.


If tongue is said to be a destructive tool it can also mend you.


When we encourage someone it changes their life. Many with their motivational speeches and wise words have uplifted the lives of several people around the globe. Tongue also has the power to heal the wounded.


Tongue can destroy or delight, build or belittle, hurt or heal, uplift or tear down.

Nature helps us to live in the present moment and it also teaches us some valuable lessons.


Nature is magnificent. Being in nature makes you feel alive and it drives our attention automatically as we feel it’s interesting. It also helps us to forget our discomfort observing the birds chirping, rustling of leaves, the bud blooming into a beautiful flower, small creatures like ants gathering food for them. Birds collecting twigs, leaves etc. to make their nest and how a honeybee sucks nectar from a flower.



There are a lot of things that nature helps us to learn from them. Like a good rain can benefit the crops of the farmers while too much of it can also ruin it. In the same way proper guidance and assistance can change someone’s life while bad company can ruin it.



Sometimes our minds get foggy with all the negative energies just like the potholes on road that get filled with water during monsoon. Don’t let those negative thoughts overtake your positiveness within yourself.



Rain also teaches us to slow down as we live our life at much faster pace. It helps us to feel the importance of present moment, live in that moment and enjoy the beauty of nature.



Grass teaches us a very valuable lesson i.e to keep hope during difficult times. The grass dries up when it doesn’t get water but the seeds and the stem remain alive in the soil. The moment it gets rain or when we water them, it grows again.  



Anything that we see, hear or experience not only alters our mood but also our whole system, which can have the negative impact on us.


We feel the most comfortable and calm when we are in nature or you can say nature heals.

BRAINSTORMING WITH YOURSELF REALLY HELPS................!!

 









What is your apt time for the better generation of ideas, Are you a day thinker or a night owl?


People often get puzzled when life gives them unpleasant surprises and they begin hunting for solutions. With all the hustle and bustle around sometimes we ignore what our inner self tells us and begin to suspect our own perspectives.


In such a scenario they end up questioning their own abilities and interrogate to people around them who according to him/her are more successful than himself/herself. Questions like “How can I be more successful”?  “What’s the mantra for your success”? etc.


In my opinion the mantra to success is you yourself. The solution to all your problems and the answers to all your queries lies within yourself.


Start valuing your own ideas and opinions and be who you are. Success will start following you.


Stop thinking about the things that hold you back or stop you, half of the things will get automatically sorted.


Give yourself time and space to think what you actually want. Choose a comfortable place, a place that gives you inspiration like sitting in a garden or any quiet place without any distraction where your ideas can erupt.


Jot down all that comes to your mind and make a mind map or a flow chart and then connect all those thoughts or ideas together as there is a possibility that you will come up with a better idea and this will urge your mind to think more creatively.


Don’t sit with your laptop, pen, dairy etc. working whole day. Step out to meet people or take a walk in nature as you never know who turns out to be your inspiration or from where you get creative ideas. When you come back with the fresh mind your brain generates better ideas.


Above all this, the most crucial thing is at what time of the day your brain is super active because a lot of us are moody. Some of you will feel active during morning while some others during night time as some are day thinkers while some are night owls their brain works when the whole world is asleep while some feel lethargic the rest of the day, so it depends on the time when do you feel most active. Brainstorm with yourself when you feel the most active as creative ideas just flow into your brains automatically without putting an effort.


Give wings to your own ideas as brainstorming really helps to let you think freely without being judged or getting any negative feedback from others like “Is this you really want, you should think again”? It also allows you to have insightful and a crystal clear thought which leaves no room for dilemma and helps you to bring your own unique ideas to limelight.

Everyday is a new day so start fresh...........

Plenty of things happen in our lives every day, some of it brings joy while some others make us feel sad. It’s simply the course of life.


When we are caught up in the situation that brings us sadness, we actually understand how to tackle it and the fact that there can be highs and lows in our lives. Harsh times really do make us understand the true meaning of life and happiness.


Many of you cling to the things that happened yesterday which clogs your thoughts to think positively which will surely hamper the things which you will do tomorrow or in future as your minds are stuck in the events that happened in the past.

Do not stick to the past events that make you feel sad instead purify the impurities that is clogging your thoughts and which makes you feel low. Life will always surprise you with expected and unexpected things as not all the moments can be sweet, it can also be sour or bitter at times.


It’s you who have to decide who you want as your companion, Is it happy feelings or bitter one? The choice is all yours, happy moments will give you confidence to propel ahead while bitter one will act like a barrier which will always stop you from doing things you really want to do.

BE CONSISTENT AS IT'S THE ONLY KEY TO SUCCESS.......................













                         To get the desired outcome you need to be consistent in whatever you do. Consistency is crucial as nothing can be attained by doing it once or twice, we need to continuously put your efforts till we attain our goal.
                          

                          In the beginning, we start with great enthusiasm and zeal but it begins to wither away as we don’t get results even after trying an umpteen number of times. We start losing hope and begin to think I can’t do it and think of quitting. For people who sprout such perspectives within them let me take out that spec out of your eye, being successful overnight is a dream to all, it’s not as easy as preparing a 2-minute maggi noodles which comes to our rescue when our hanger pangs reach its peak.


As Anthony Robbins said it’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently.



                        









 Results will surely be obtained if you are totally focused towards your goal and work for it without an unblinking distraction. Just like the gravitational force that pulls the object towards the earth, here your unblinking distraction and consistency is the force that will pulls you towards your desired outcome.


                      Be committed and focused to your work and ask for feedback as you learn from your errors and keeping a check on your mistakes keeps us on track.




Real Life Examples of Consistency:
    
              *        No matter how many times you try to block ants path by putting your finger in between but still it will try for some another way  to go ahead.

     


           *            You must have heard or read a very famous story of the tortoise and the rabbit, in the race between them the rabbit ran too fast and then slowed down to rest for some time thinking that the tortoise was far behind. As the rabbit fall asleep the tortoise with his persistence and consistency kept walking and reached the final point. If the tortoise would have stopped in between would he be able to win? Dwell about it…………………      

      


           *       Like in cricket or any other sport the more you practice the more better you become, through trial and errors so being consistent is the key.   



          We should never give up on anything that we want to achieve, as there is always an alternate way to get through the situation.

                  In other terms you can say you are phobic. Some may feel phobic to darkness, height, water, animals, failure, imperfection, public speaking, and some to even small creatures like cockroaches, lizards etc.
                  Fear is nothing but a barricade that prevents us to go beyond our fears and surpass it. There is a constant hesitation that resist us and forces us to think repeatedly, 1.Should I really do it? 2. Will I be able to? 3. Will I be successful? 4. What if something goes wrong…………? A sense of doubt begins to grow building all sorts of Pre-assumptions which leads to nowhere. Our mind keeps crawling within that limited space unable to cross the border line between the fear and the new fearless world stuck in the middle hoping to overcome it one day like a numbskull.





                  Remember never be counted among those cold ones who never tried and failed instead try and fail because at least you will not feel guilty of not trying.
                  Your fear may not be fruitful to you but for some others it’s an advantage. There are countless people on this planet wandering like a predator to trap or pull you down by showing that you are not capable of doing a particular thing by deliberately putting you in a situation they know you couldn’t accomplish.
