The things we do consistently becomes our habit so be wise while choosing one.


Right from waking up in the morning, the routine that you follow for the entire day like the kind of breakfast you opt for, the people you spend your time with, the things you do in your leisure time and all the other things that you do throughout the day determines the kind of habit you have adopted.

 

Our habits play an important role in shaping our lives. If you are following the healthy routine, spending time with the right people, using your leisure time effectively then will surely have a healthy and fruitful life.

 

But if you are simply wasting your time eating and sleeping all day lying lazily in your room with no outdoor or indoor activity, spending time in the company of wrong ones, using your leisure time in the wrong way then it will have its own consequences which undoubtedly you have to bear.

 

Your habits can make your life better or worse so it’s upon you to choose between a fruitful life and a meaningless life.

A NEW DAY GIVES YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO START FRESH......... SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?




Everyday is a new day so start fresh...........

Plenty of things happen in our lives every day, some of it brings joy while some others make us feel sad. It’s simply the course of life.


When we are caught up in the situation that brings us sadness, we actually understand how to tackle it and the fact that there can be highs and lows in our lives. Harsh times really do make us understand the true meaning of life and happiness.


Many of you cling to the things that happened yesterday which clogs your thoughts to think positively which will surely hamper the things which you will do tomorrow or in future as your minds are stuck in the events that happened in the past.

.
Do not stick to the past events that make you feel sad instead purify the impurities that is clogging your thoughts and which makes you feel low. Life will always surprise you with expected and unexpected things as not all the moments can be sweet, it can also be sour or bitter at times.


It’s you who have to decide who you want as your companion, Is it happy feelings or bitter one? The choice is all yours, happy moments will give you confidence to propel ahead while bitter one will act like a barrier which will always stop you from doing things you really want to do.


Try to improve the things that went wrong yesterday as by putting a little effort every day in anything brings results. Let go of the things that makes you sad and embrace the things which makes you feel happy and accept what the universe has in store for you.




Adopt positive mindset and let it filter the impurities of yesterday and make space for something better, something wonderful so grab all the amazing and beautiful things around.
We need to learn to deal with all the situations in life. If there is joy there is sadness too but situations changes, they fade away and you get a new day to start fresh so don’t squander your opportunities  by clinging to what happened yesterday.

CANNOT HANDLE STRESS.............? HERE ARE THE STRATEGIES TO DETOX IT.






People think differently their thoughts, opinions etc. vary from each other so as their way of dealing with things.


Few people deal with things so efficiently like there was never a problem likewise many get caught up in the cobwebs of their worries.


A lot of people cannot handle stress. They often get irritated very quickly and the people around them become the victims of their arrogance while in some cases people do not show up their distress, they battle within themselves with their own imperfections, arrogance etc. which can have a negative impact on their mental health.


If anyone is going through such a rough phase of their life be around them to support or guide them through your experiences or others and help them get through the situation bravely.

Your gentle and kind words can do magic by providing relief to the distress.





  The following strategies will surely help  to declutter.         

  •         Do not accumulate your problems within you.

Ø  Too much of accumulation makes your mind foggy which enable us to think clearly and it will keep piling up your worries and increase your tension.

Ø  Sharing the things that troubles you with your friends or family helps to lessen your stress and build up confidence to deal with it.

BE CONSISTENT AS IT'S THE ONLY KEY TO SUCCESS.......................













                         To get the desired outcome you need to be consistent in whatever you do. Consistency is crucial as nothing can be attained by doing it once or twice, we need to continuously put your efforts till we attain our goal.
                          

                          In the beginning, we start with great enthusiasm and zeal but it begins to wither away as we don’t get results even after trying an umpteen number of times. We start losing hope and begin to think I can’t do it and think of quitting. For people who sprout such perspectives within them let me take out that spec out of your eye, being successful overnight is a dream to all, it’s not as easy as preparing a 2-minute maggi noodles which comes to our rescue when our hanger pangs reach its peak.


As Anthony Robbins said it’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently.



                        









 Results will surely be obtained if you are totally focused towards your goal and work for it without an unblinking distraction. Just like the gravitational force that pulls the object towards the earth, here your unblinking distraction and consistency is the force that will pulls you towards your desired outcome.


                      Be committed and focused to your work and ask for feedback as you learn from your errors and keeping a check on your mistakes keeps us on track.




Real Life Examples of Consistency:
    
              *        No matter how many times you try to block ants path by putting your finger in between but still it will try for some another way  to go ahead.

     


           *            You must have heard or read a very famous story of the tortoise and the rabbit, in the race between them the rabbit ran too fast and then slowed down to rest for some time thinking that the tortoise was far behind. As the rabbit fall asleep the tortoise with his persistence and consistency kept walking and reached the final point. If the tortoise would have stopped in between would he be able to win? Dwell about it…………………      

      


           *       Like in cricket or any other sport the more you practice the more better you become, through trial and errors so being consistent is the key.   



          We should never give up on anything that we want to achieve, as there is always an alternate way to get through the situation.





BEING CONSISTENT IS NOT EASY…… IT TAKES PATIENCE AND TIME. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR TO SUCCESS YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE STAIRS
