Nature helps us to live in the present moment and it also teaches us some valuable lessons.
Nature is magnificent.
Being in nature makes you feel alive and it drives our attention automatically as
we feel it’s interesting. It also helps us to forget our discomfort observing
the birds chirping, rustling of leaves, the bud blooming into a beautiful
flower, small creatures like ants gathering food for them. Birds collecting
twigs, leaves etc. to make their nest and how a honeybee sucks nectar from a
flower.
There are a
lot of things that nature helps us to learn from them. Like a good rain can
benefit the crops of the farmers while too much of it can also ruin it. In the
same way proper guidance and assistance can change someone’s life while bad
company can ruin it.
Sometimes
our minds get foggy with all the negative energies just like the potholes on
road that get filled with water during monsoon. Don’t let those negative thoughts
overtake your positiveness within yourself.
Rain also
teaches us to slow down as we live our life at much faster pace. It helps us to
feel the importance of present moment, live in that moment and enjoy the beauty
of nature.
Grass teaches us a very valuable lesson i.e to keep hope during difficult times. The grass dries up when it doesn’t get water but the seeds and the stem remain
alive in the soil. The moment it gets rain or when we water them, it grows
again.
Anything
that we see, hear or experience not only alters our mood but also our whole
system, which can have the negative impact on us.
We feel the most comfortable and calm when we are in nature or you can say nature heals.
